Amazing! Dr. Carter is readily accessible to her patients. You don't have to leave many messages hoping one day someone will call you back. Dr. Carter or her office staff just immediately responds. She is easy to speak with, diligently follows up and is up on the latest preventative health measures. She really cares about the health and well being of her patients. She takes time to clearly explain things and is just generally a great person.
