She listens to our concerns and really zones in on the elderly patient. She respects the elderly patient and doesn't want them not to have a say in their own health. She waits to see how new medicines react with the population and doesn't jump to prescribe it if she feels it could harm the patient or their quality of life would be worse. She sees how much family support the elderly patient has to decide on next steps. She sent us a card after one of our loved ones died.She takes care of my entire family and answers all of our concerns through messaging or a phone call.
