Dr. Payne is thoughtful, friendly, easy to talk to, and readily shares information and knowledge. She offers advice in a non-preachy way. She seems well-versed in modern treatments. She has injected my joints on several occasions and has prescribed home exercise as well as formal PT. Oh, and she has a wonderful sense of humor.
