Dr, Olson listens, she talks to kids on their level, she has made herself available for emergencies when needed, and she has a great sense of humor (when appropriate, of course). Don't underestimate that last one - it matters even more when it comes to adolescents. Honestly, I feel so lucky to have found her for my kids.
