Immediately I noticed her caring and engaging personality. Next, her quick diagnosis and suggested action step out of multiple possibilities. She wasn’t telling me what she was going to do. She was guiding me to the decision that I would be most comfortable with. Finally, during the excision, she showed great competence doing something that could have been very painful if she did not possess such skill!
