1st visit with Dr. Simone. She was great, easy to talk to, wasn’t rushed. Diagnosed an infection I had and made recommendations for care moving forward. Very excited that I finally found a Gyne in AZ. Couple of days later I get a call from the office apologizing that they made a mistake and don’t accept United Healthcare medicare. I had given them my ins info when I made the appt, again when I did the online paperwork (and pics), and again at the time of visit. The office staff then canceled my dr requested office visit to check if my treatment was effective. So, now I don’t know if the prescribed med is working and need to search for a new dr. Funny thing is that my insurance paid for my visit.
