Periodontal disease devastated my teeth, health, and smile. After careful consideration, I sought a second opinion from Dr. Jeremy Heldt regarding dental implants. Assisted by CT scan images, a photography studio, and advanced 3D implant surgery software, he spent over an hour explaining a comprehensive and precise treatment plan. As a physician myself, I instantly recognized him as the dentist I had been searching for.Due to severe periodontal disease, my journey included eventful teeth extractions and implant procedures. Dr. Heldt performed the surgeries with utmost dedication and patience. His assistants, Crystal and Teresa, were incredibly kind and caring throughout. Following the implant surgery, Dr. Heldt personally called to followup my well-being. He exceeded expectations at every step, ensuring the implant and final crown were perfect. Since the procedure, all the distressing symptoms of periodontal disease have disappeared, and my smile has been restored.
