I have been with Dr. Lake since being diagnosed in 2006, so going on 20 years. I am alive because of him. He is fair and doesn't just push high priced or high side effects drugs on you, but builds a plan with your input. The problem I have is he was absorbed into Tuality, and they turned to garbage when becoming part of OHSU. They do not want you on site, and push every visit to be virtual for the same price! They also removed scheduling with the dept. staff and to it being a phone bank system. Now they are fighting with the United Healthcare for 'fair rates'. OHSU is already overcharging since they don't want me to be in the expensive building or talk to anyone there. I wish doctors could live in a more mom and pop environment. I don't know what I will do if I am forced out of Dr. Lake's care due to two big companies complaining about their annual bonus amounts.
