I have three children with special needs so I have dealt with many medical professionals and Dr. Veenema is the best. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and responsive. My kids have complex medical needs and Dr. Veenema is up-to-date on evidence-based medical science. He remembers personal details that show my children he really cares about them. Most importantly, he takes the time to listen, doesn’t jump to conclusions, and treats the whole child - considering each patient’s unique physical and mental needs. He is also supported by excellent care management, clinical, and administrative staff at Alger Pediatrics.
