I went to E.R. at Northside/Forsyth Hospital with very high B/P. I was frightened ss this had been an ongoing situation. I take meds for hypertension, but for some reason my B/P was very high for over a week, even after being seen by my cardiologist. Dr. Nelson was not only professional, he allowed me to explain the best I could, how I was feeling, and how frightened I was. His bed side manner calmed me as he explained what would be done to lower my pressure. Guess what! after a few hours, it started to go down, I started to feel better, and with an adjustment to the meds I already take, he was confident to allow me to go home. By the time I was told I could go home I was in much better spirits, my fear was gone. Dr. Nelson, Thank You so very much for the excellent care you provided me last night June 2, 2023.
