He's great, his front office staff, not so much. The waiting room becomes a soap opera, you can listen to the staff discuss personal details about other patients. Mostly personal gossip like what they were wearing or their insurance companies, or the state of their dental health (complete with attitude of disgust). Appointments are difficult to get depending on who you are. I've called and been told 3 weeks, my spouse immediately calls after me and gets same day or next day for the same procedure. Dr. Allen is absolutely great at what he does, however I would prefer he not break filling Appointments into 2-4 sessions. Not everyone can take that much time off nor pay a co-pay every visit.
