Dr. Cossette diagnosed me quickly and accurately and provided appropriate treatment. He offered no explanation of my diagnosis--I had to research it myself. He refused to write a prescription for medical equipment that he recommended so that my cafeteria plan would reimburse me for it. The person making appointments was impatient and rude to me. Dr. Cossette's nurse was also rude, impatient and uncaring when I called very upset about a symptom. They have a lovely office though.
