For the past year or so, my Over Active Bladder has gotten worse. It also became much harder to keep my personal issues a secret from my family and friends. I felt a great deal of shame for not being to handle something that others have said, 'That's just the process of aging!' In the meantime I started carrying an extra change of clothes with me wherever I went, even short trips to the store. I didn't visit my grandchildren as the trip usually involved a couple of 'accidents'.Many years ago I had a TVT so when my bladder issues started happening again, I thought I would just need to have another TVT. Kendra at Pelican Health suggested that I make an appt with Dr. Obritsch. I had exhausted attempts at exercise, and two forms of medications with little results. It was through Dr. Obritsch that I learned about placement Sacral Neuromodulation. Now I am 3 weeks past the final surgery and its nothing shore of miraculous! Im eternally grateful!
