Admitted to Eisenhower hospital after suffering 3 small strokes (TIA) and if that wasn't enough, my elderly frail mother lost her ability to walk weeks prior - which required surgery/ Kyphoplasty. Very professional and considerate, Dr. Chang took all the time necessary to explain the procedure - by phone and in person. As her son and primary caregiver, he made me very comfortable to convince my elderly mother she MUST have this surgery. The result was immediate success - she's walking again!
