Dec 18, 2017
Dr. Fullen is a kind and caring physician. I was in severe pain after my tendon rupture and the Doctor was so gentle and caring with me. He took his time to listen to my concerns, order the appropriate testing, and fully explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. Scheduling was quick and easy. His staff is very professional and empathetic. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Fullen to all residents of Cowley County, KS and beyond.
