I visited to Dr. Kroes to follow up different issues related to pelvic chronic pain. She was always an active listening person, empathic and patient. Also she saw my problems to relax during pelvic exam and she was able to wait until I was comfortable. She was anticipating what she was doing all the time. She took her time to be careful. She is humble to recognize when she cannot help and refer me to other specialist like urogynecologist and vulvo-vaginal health specialist. I felt care, respect and listened thanks to her. I moved to other state and I miss her a lot. Thank you, Jessica!
