Patient Reviews
Jun 14, 2023
I was diagnosed with Colorectal cancer in the emergency room in 2020 right before COVID was really starting to take hold in the U.S. Dr. Moore was beyond professional, made me feel cared for as a person and as a patient and was available to speak to whenever you had a question or concern. I called the emergency number at the office a few times during my year long ordeal (3 surgeries with Dr. Moore) and he is the only Dr. I know that has the call service ping him at home when he is not on duty. This man cares about his patients and caters to their needs. This made me feel so confident in everything that was happening to me and I was far less nervous about my surgeries too. Dr. Moore also has a great bedside manner. Funny if you want that, serious when you need that. You do not get that with many surgeons. He also wrote a letter for my sisters' insurance company so they could be approved for early colonoscopy's, which turned out to be life saving for one of them. (The other was fine).

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
