Outstanding. I sat with an experienced RN at the hospital during a one-hour stress test -- and we chatted. I was skeptical about any invasive procedure, including ablation. She told me that her elderly mother had a-fib and Dr. Su performed the procedure on her and the results were excellent. She also advised me that Dr. Su's reputation in the western Massachusetts community was stellar -- the leading expert in the field. She was all of that and more: her 'bedside manner' (which seems to have vanished in the US world of medicine) was admirable. During follow-up visits she was patient, informative, meticulous, and considerate.5-stars (plus)
