Dr Jiao Took the time to listen to me about my concerns. Truly that’s her best gift she’s a listener and her second best gift is she allowed me to partner with her for my medical care stating my preference for some thing I needed. She was very quick to help me acquire my preference. Her staff Kathleen as well as Bianca the scheduler and others are phenomenal. Especially Kathleen who has an amazing bedside manner and she’s also great on the phone when she calls you for results. I truly appreciate her as well. I ended up scheduling my appointment through Courtney the triage nurse and she is just very caring. She took all of my concerns very seriously and she made a huge difference for me as well. I felt very cared about. I felt taken seriously and I’m very happy that I have found this practice and I look forward to continuing.
