I have been seeing Dr. McCarley at the Mountain Home VA Hospital in Johnson City, TN and she has helped me in ways several other doctors failed. I am by no means an easy patient, not in the least, but she has helped me see, and actually believe, that my life is meaningful. That I as a person have value. She is fantastic.
