I have found Dr. Grilliot to be a very professional, caring provider. She meets with me prior to the exam to listen to any concerns I have. She has always done a thorough exam and answered questions I have. Also, I have no problem if the staff aren't bubbly and talkative. They aren't there to entertain me or make me feel warm and fuzzy. I understand they have work to do and are busy. I would rather they do that part of the job correctly, so my information is correct in the system. After saying that, everyone in the office acts professional and very competent in doing their jobs.
