Dr. Chang really knows her stuff. She is thorough and makes sure to not leave any stones unturned. If there's a question or confusion or mystery she will make sure to find an answer to it. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explains the most complex matters in simple terms so that you feel comfortable knowing you have all the information.
