Staff was efficient in scheduling the 1st available appt in 2 mos but they put us on a cancellation list & called us within 2 days. The person who signed us in, completed insurance info, etc. was very nice and efficient. Dr. Annapareddy was nice & appropriately reserved based on the mood of my son. He asked appropriate questions & showed sensitivity. I was pleased w/his handling of matters & his recommendation. The person who scheduled the next appt was efficient but not especially friendly.
