I am an old patient who moved to fl now living in nj need to see you. I’m sure you will remember me Judith Lawrence you helped me retain remission for many yrs. On Injectables day they were approved since 1998 I hope you will see me I’ve been using a rheumatologist in nj and I’ve just been getting worse. No one has given me answers or the care you have given me frm 1995-2003 when I moved to fl to a doctor you have recommended and for that and every good thing you have done for me. For that I will always be grateful. Blessed be…please allow me a visit I will travel to see you it’s that important. Thank you I hope to see you or get a recommendation to another if you’re close to retirement. Please please I’ve been trying to call your off in Bklyn but after the 1st call a women answered said it wasn’t your number and after many attempts she won’t pick up and “mailbox is full” is all I’m getting so I hope you remember me and allow me a few moments of your time. Thanks sincerel
