I went with this doctor because of her great reviews. She has a great bedside manner and is very professional and reassuring. The day of the procedure was a well oiled machine.The surgical staff was friendly and made it as pleasant as possible.Removing one star in this review because of her practice staff. The front office is highly unprofessional! They were gossiping and cackling when I came for my appointment. It has a terrible atmosphere and doesn’t create a professional environment.It didn’t get any better in talking to them on the phone. One of the staff put me on hold in the middle of a sentence while explaining sensitive medical information. It’s not like she had picked up and asked me to hold. She was literally in the middle of a conversation with me. Like she had a social disorder.Joanna, if you are reading this, please consider getting some new staff! I nearly canceled my appointment based on the horrible office folks, you can do better.
