Dr Himes is very professional and thorough. He takes his time to explain all issues and listens to what the patient is saying. I was given an x-ray well over 2 weeks ago and have yet been told the results all the while attending PT. I do like Dr Himes but feel his office staff falls short. No one answers the phone no matter what time of day you call. I decided to stop in to change my upcoming appointment. The woman in the the office was more than rude. I asked her if I could change my upcoming appointment and she yelled at me loudly to go have a seat that she was currently busy. I am distraught at her lack of professionalism and the way she spoke to me. I just decided to walk out. Not sure how you are able to communicate with this office. I did like Dr Himes and want him to be aware of his office staffs lack of patient care. PT also stated that they are unable to communicate with his staff. No one answers the phone.
