Dr Jacobson is a busy guy as most doctors in the Monterey Bay Area are. I appreciated his staff getting me in for an appointment fairly quickly and, while I had to wait, I was glad to be seen and able to take the next step towards treatment. He is knowledgeable and answered my questions fully.
