My experience with Dr. Joel Rubio has been a pleasant one so far. I was terrified when I went in to have a biopsy done by him but he made me feel comfortable and eased my fears! I'm thankful for all he's done and I'm one happy patient. I recommend him anytime! Thank you, Frances E. Fejarang
