I have had Dr Hartman as a primary physican for the last four years. While he was with Thomas Spann and then under Spohn, it was very difficult to get an appointment with him. But when we met, he was always relaxed and give me his time without any sign of needing to leave. Since he has moved to Third Coast Health, I have been able to get a one hour appointment without issue, and even on short notice. I have contacted he after hours and he has responded also immediately. He has my confidence and trust, and I really appreciate he effort explain my medical concerns to me. We are now working to wean me off a medication, and he spent time explaining how to adjust the medication and to take my time. I would highly recommend Dr Hartman as a physican who cares about his patients.
