I highly recommend Dr. Bowen. He seems to really enjoy helping people to look and feel more confident about themselves. I was under his care for two years for breast reconstruction after having breast cancer in 2018. He explains everything in detail before proceeding with in patient and hospital outpatient procedures. He never makes me feel rushed when I have concerns or questions. The staff is friendly and caring as well.
