I genuinely don't understand the negative reviews on here. Don't want to discount anyone's experience, but I've found Dr. Ausiello to be a caring individual (first time while going over my family medical history a doctor told me he was sorry for my loss) and very, very smart. He is not always going to go for the most obvious thing; he considers all possibilities and keeps you abreast of his thinking in a clear and thorough manner. I felt like my condition was being monitored closely and carefully at all times. He also writes you right away when results come in (which I appreciate).
