Dr Payne is a wonderful, kind, excellent plastic surgeon. My breast reduction was amazing: no drains, beautiful healed incisions, barely visible after on six months. And no pain to speak of! Highly recommend for any of your plastic surgery needs. Did my girlfriend’s face lift and she had no bruising AT all! Very soft and natural looking!
