Patient Reviews

This man is a master of his craft. These people complaining about wait times would feel differently if he were backed up because THEIR appt took longer. He actually WANTS to provide exceptional care; sometimes that takes a while longer. But I digress. Dr. Saunders effectively rebuilt a good portion of my left arm by way of an incision running from my inner wrist to mid forearm. THERE IS BARELY A SCAR. Therapy was rough & there were concerns about whether or not I'd have full use of my hand in time; but they weren't my concerns alone. Too often, doctors take offense when a patient is worried like I was. It's like our misunderstanding of the healing process somehow translates to our questioning a surgeon's ability to do his/her job & to fix what's broken. Saunders ISN'T that doctor. When I expressed concern, he sat & truly LISTENED to me. Then he either calmed my fear w/ facts or he got into immediate contact w/ my PT to address it head on. I would trust this man w/ my life.
