He listens carefully and explains well. So often he has specific experience with others who have my issues and gives me concrete advice from treating others. He is cheerful and funny appropriately yet he does not hesitate to advise me about what I must do to improve my health. He truly inspires me to improve and do better. He has consistently helped me more than 20 years. I trust him immensely.
