I came to his emergency room in terrible pain and needed emergency surgery. He was quick and efficient and got me the care I needed. The emergency room is for EMERGENCIES and he didn't waste time worrying about my feelings, and I'm alive! The only thing that delayed my care was the clog of people using the emergency room for non-emergency reasons.
