I called 3 months ago for an appt and was told someone would call me back, that still has not happened. I saw Dr. Towers years ago, and I know that he is no longer taking new patients but am willing to see one of the other 3 doctors. I have called several times in the last 3 months, and it only goes to voice mail. I work for a very busy Cardiologist, and I could not imagine our patients having to always go to a voice mail, nor would they stay with our office. I would like to talk with the person who was supposed to call me to make the appt. My understanding is that there is only one person who does this. I know they were booked out until February-March, but now it will be longer before I get in. I had graves' disease several years ago and then inflammatory arthritis that was controlled for years and now have had several flare ups.
