Overall, this practice is fantastic! To speak specifically about John: I recently experience a miscarriage in my first pregnancy. John was kind but also very thorough in his explanation about next steps. He walked me through everything that was happening clearly during the appointment and what I might experience at home. When I went home, I felt completely at ease when things occurred because he had taken the time to walk through the what-ifs.
