I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. John Halperin. As a new patient, I'm utterly impressed by his lightning-fast communication, promptness, efficiency, and professionalism. Dr. Halperin is incredibly focused and attentive. He listens attentively and addresses concerns with care, never dismissive or condescending. His proactive and responsive approach is unmatched. Every message I've sent through the system receives an immediate response, showcasing his dedication to patient care. Quick example-this morning my results were loaded into MyChart around 3AM. I woke up to find that Dr. Halperin had already reviewed the results, messaged me through the portal and provided guidance on the next steps. An hour later his staff was calling me to schedule. Additionally, his after-visit notes are incredibly detailed, capturing even the smallest details I've shared.Having dealt with neurologists for decades due to multiple sclerosis, I can confidently say that Dr. Halperin surpasses them all.
