I think the staff is very nice & work to accommodate you for follow up appointments. Waiting times were very long but have greatly improved! His nurses are the best I’ve ever come across, they are exceptional. They care as much as Dr Horton & do their best to make sure all aspects of care are taken care of, including ordering medical supplies. I greatly appreciate Dr Horton’s bed side manner, patience, explaining all possibilities for help when a new issue arises & for always making sure that I understand every change is why I stayed through the long wait times of the past & why I will stay with him until he retires or there’s a cure for me.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
