Saw Dr. I'm on Thursday for Mom. Staff was excellent from reception to medical assistant to, of course, Dr. Im, himself. They were so patient listening to what was happening and then explaining how to use medicine prescribed. I worked from CNA, to Medical Assistant, Reception, Office Management & EMT.... I was extremely impressed with the practice and will definitely return!!!
