Patient Reviews
Aug 09, 2024
Dr O’Shea performed knee surgery to repair my torn meniscus. I have been pleased with the experience every step of the way. The surgery crew, was delightful and reassuring, and I got great care. Dr. O’Shea provided all of the information I needed to get ready for the surgery, and since I had it in writing, to review what I should be doing after I went home. I had my follow-up PT appointments scheduled prior to surgery based on the instructions from the clinic. I had a phone check in a week after surgery where I received additional good information and understanding of exactly what happened during surgery. I was able to ask any questions I needed at that time. Every single person I have dealt with during this experience has been professional and courteous and cheerful. I had no doubts that Dr. O’Shea was an excellent surgeon going into the experience. I am grateful that he has surrounded himself by competent, kind people to help patients through a difficult experience.
