I was recently in the ER where Dr Skratt treated me. I thought he had great bedside manner, was very kind, completely thorough, listened to my story, diagnosed me correctly and swiftly. His communication about treatment was clear, as well as he sent home written instructions. He checked back with me frequently. He also had a great sense of humor and I was very very happy with the treatment I received from him and the nursing staff during my 8 hours while at the hospital.
