Would really like to leave NEGATIVE stars, but better chance you'll read it with 5 stars, and can't give less than 1!Terrible experience, Dr Joelson showed no care or concern. Acted like I was a waste of his time. Didn't review full medical history, just said echo was not correct! Well for some one who had a documented heart atrack 10 yrs prior and lots of markers the only thing he had to say was 'stop eating fast food & exercise.' Had he asked he would have discovered I don't eat fast food-but he never asked!2nd opinion: sent me home from stess test with nitro pills and more advanced tests to discover I have congestive heart failure in exactly the place a woman typically does.Dr. Joelson just wrote me off, glad I pursued 2nd opinion. Dr. Joelson missed the mark, never cared to listen or read the file!May have positive reviews from others, but I would never recommend him. I am on the mend and getting better, but with a real Cardiologist...not this guy.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
