Dr. Caplan is the best. He is not only a great doctor, he is a warm, compassionate man. He has been caring of me for sixteen years and I don't have any complaints. He is almost always on time. I have much admiration for Dr. Caplan and his expertise and kindness. If you want a doctor who genuinely cares for his patients then he is the man.
