Son had an injury which required a dreaded late night trip to the ER. Dr. Halpin apologized for the long wait time (a trauma came in just ahead of us). He was kind, very competent and explained my son's injury, treatment plan and prognosis. He took as much time as we needed in asking questions and making decisions. I appreciate all the healthcare workers who are up at 3:30 am to help us when needed.
