I saw Dr. Marlow in the 80's and I'll never forget him. Back when most doctors were using the curratage (spelling?) which basically is cutting the surface of the cervix he was using laser. Laser was unheard of to patients back then. The knife method had the chance of leaving the woman with an impotent cervix. Some women in the waiting room spoke of other doctors who wanted to perform a hysterectomy on them but thanks to Dr Marlow they had a different solution and now had children.
