Dr, Improta never ceases to amaze me and I was pretty lucking meeting him. I was admitted at ECMC and Dr. Improta was the attending. Thank God for him because I've had my issues, but he is kind and knowledgeable. If you have some issues, please contact his office, You will not be disappointed,
