Dr. Westafer treated me at the Penn Highlands Elk Emergency Department in St. Mary’s, PA. My issue was knee joint pain. Dr. Westafer reviewed the history and test results thoroughly, provided understandable explanations and successful therapies so I could return to my home state (was traveling in PA). Very polite, very approachable and excellent knowledge base.
