I am so grateful I was able to receive care from Dr. MacFarlane and his staff. I especially would like to recognize his NP, Patty Axtman, and his Patient Financial Navigator, Hope Believe Rogers who helped to appeal my insurance denials and went to bat for me to get my coverage approved. If it wasn't for their determination and empathy, I would still be in excruciating, debilitating pain instead of starting my recovery. Dr. MacFarlane is a brilliant neurosurgeon and I would recommend him and his team to anyone needing spinal care.
