I am a first time patient with an appointment for an exam and to discuss surgery. Dr Craig's MyChart video was very helpful. He was kind and caring and went over my extensive history in detail with me. I was apprehensive regarding the surgery before my visit. He put me at ease and gave me all the info I needed. I'm thankful I was referred to him for future surgery.
